whoa.. havent been updating huh. kekeke. been busyyyy like what. but i had funnnn!!

still in the midst of planning (yup, planning!) for abg's bdae. arghhh seriously i have nothing on my mind right now. even a birthday present. what more a venue. pusing kepala beb. but at least i managed to plan out an advanced bday surprise for him. and it worked! wee! kekeke.
oh man. think i'd get back to the brainstorming again. just wanna say happy 2 yrs 10 months to us. hoping for more and more good years to come with u baby. muacks!

WE'RE ENGAGED!!
i know.. i hadnt had time to update. hehe. been so busy with the preparations, and then the post engagement cleanup. penat babe. felt like updating a few days back but then sleep came to mind so it was delayed. sowie! but now here i am! :)
our engagement was a huge success!! the biggest thank you goes out to EVERYONE involved; those who came and those who dont, those who helped and those who watched, everyone lah!
to my family - thanks for accepting him as part of our family. thanks so much for making sure that the event will run smoothly. though there were some minor glitches along the way (kotak tissue tak cukup, pipe at void deck rosak etc), things were back to normal in just minutes thanks to the lot of you! thanks for contributing to the gubahans too. asal aku pusing jer, ader jer barang2 yg baru dibawa. kekeke. so best lah korangs!
to my friends - thanks so much for being there to share my happiness. and to those who couldnt make it, thanks so much for the well wishes via sms. awww that is so awfully sweet of you people to make time out of ur sunday to come celebrate with me. really appreciate it loads. some of them i havent seen in years, yet still came. argghh! power to the people lah! =)
to his family - thanks so much for accepting me as part of your family. thanks for doing up the gubahans so perfectly (most credits goes to bik lala - hehehe). i heard there were some last minute touch ups to the gubahans cos people kept contributing, and i trust that you people wanna make it the best you could. there were so many of you at my place, hahah! some i didnt even recognize, but you still came! awww.. and those who were stuck at abg's place, even 3G-ed to see me via nasir's phone. *melts* and that mysterious nenek who kissed my forehead (i found out later that it was cik salim's sister), that was so unexpected. but sweet lah! to nad and the miang cousins, you people are the craziest!! belom start doa selamat korg dah barge into my room & take pictures. hahaha! giler tau! but i love you all lah. =)
lastly, to my bf-turned-fiance. thanks a whole bunch for being my most wonderful partner. you've made me happy in a million ways, but i was the happiest when you said we should get engaged. awww.. you little busuk you. i sincerely hope that we'll make it past 2009, and into a whole new world in 2010, when we will be legalised. insya Allah. (nenek already asked us to go kursus rumah tangga you know - lets go!) oh yah, thanks for the expensive 0.38 carat ring. berapa ribu? kekeke. koyakz kocekz. bluekz!
i hope i didnt leave anyone out. heehee.
gosh! the end of the day came so fast. boohoo. tau2 da bes. and all guests dah balek. uweekkk! and by about 5pm, i was out of my baju yg cantik and into my baju yg tk berape cantik. back to maid mode. clean up, wash up, savour the goodies. kekeke. believe me, up till now, most of the sweets and chocolates are still lying on the table waiting to be savoured. dont think we can finish it all dalam masa terdekat ni. kekeke. will pass them around at work lah. weeEEeee!!
yesterday both abg and i ran around the country. first was to melawat arwah nenek sedara ku at holland close, who passed away on monday at about 10 plus at night. and then we went to breakfast with cik lin, wak nani, mama, and the kids at west coast. back to my place, i forced abg to watch ayat2 cinta. at the same time viewing our engagement pix over & over again. kekeke. and then abg start his lenguh2, so we made a move to tampines to send my baju. back to his plc to pick up bik lala's dulangs to her place, and then back to his house. mamam jap, tgk tv (friends! i love!) and then to abg azmi's place to send my dulangs. chatted for awhile, and then back home. break record, reach my plc at 9 plus. kekeke.
dunno wats in store for us today. realli in lovey dovey mood, baru tunang katakan. abg made some crude jokes. "kalau org tanyer whether abg got gf, i can say dun haf. cos i got tunang already!" less sour (kurang asam) kan. grrrr...
pix are up on our multiply, as usual. when i logged onto multiply and facebook, was so shocked to see my pix on 5 of my friends' pages. kekeke. siang2 korang dah upload. aku yg tunang korang yg excited. hehehe. so best! now's waiting for my official photos from the professional. weeEEeee!

exactly a week to go before our engagement! and preparations are heating up.. the days approaching THE DAY will be the slowest days ever in my entire life. =)
yesterday we went to plaza singapura with atok to switch the residential & mobile phone service provider to starhub from singtel. and atok got himself an LG secret at $0 after signing up a contract. power kape! i want that phone! *attempts to snatch it away*
and then back home to his place where i got absorbed in an all-wedding talk with his mum. heehee. actually we were just talking about preparations for our e-day when she suddenly popped the question,"korang dah tengok pelamin?"
omg! belom lah cik. kekeke. our wedding date wasnt even announced officially yet. hehe. soon, i hope. we have a rough estimate that its going to be somewhere in feb or march 2010 though. possibly. =)
just exchanged smses with my future sis in law. hehehe. the girl's excited! im even more so! hehehe. looking forward to taking lotsa pictures with u next week babe! =)
was supposed to go for fitting last wednesday but it was cancelled cos the previous week's pengantin havent return my baju. boohoo. so the fitting's extended to probably sometime this week (it better be!) and i sincerely hope the outfit'll fit. i've been having such tough time keeping my current weight so as not to affect the previous measurements. heheh.
sooo.. preparations!
im going to use mamayah (mama+ayah)'s room next sunday and the men in my family, apis & ayah, is repainting the entire room now. woohoo! next they're going to drill whatnots so that we can put up the "backdrop". bedroom decor will be done by me & mama. whew. im going to sweat like mad. good exercise, hehe =)
am going to clean up my taman haiwan room in the meantime and then in the later part of the day, am going to chong pang with mama to get a few things. argh! i still owe abg his toiletries set. uweekk! gotta get it all later.
thursday will be having my day off so we'll be trotting down to abg azmi's plc to get my dulangs, all 10 of them. wee!
leave on saturday & monday, how nice! kekeke.
already sent invites via sms to all my closest friends. wee! hopefully they'll all be here to grace my occasion. also to some of my colleagues. felt bad that i have to leave some people out, not because i dont want them to come but bcos of the tight budget that im tied to. sorry ma peepz. :(
hmm.. after the engagement, im looking forward to a nice picnic with ma gerls on cny. wee! hoping that abg dont have to work that day though. muacks!

tsktsktsk.. this is not good. none of us (both) have been blogging regularly.. hmph. and someone actually have about 2 weeks plus of leave. ehem.. what have you got to say about that boyfriend dearest? grrrr..
tomorrow abg's gonna start work again.. boohoo. no more long weekends with him, as in a half day of saturday and full day of sunday. sundays he'll have to go to work, either morning or afternoon, and during those periods i'll have a few hours to myself which is both good and bad. its good if i have something to keep me company, and its bad if i dont. uwekk!! but i reckon i'll have something to do for the coming sunday eg spring cleaning.. my room is a pigsty and im not denying. already started on a few dusting and wiping earlier today and the coming weekend will be a major makeover. cos thats going to be the last weekend cum free time before the e-day. wow! onli 2 more weeks to go.. *rubs eyes in disbelief*
so not looking forward to the coming week at work. why? cos i'll be covering level 1 right up to level 3 the whole week. for example, tomorrow im gonna be stationed at the pharmacy, den on tuesday, i'll be up at level 2 doing hospital referrals. den on wednesday i'll be down at level 1 for registration. thursday i'll be up at level 3. friday and saturday i'll be at the pharmacy again. oohh have mercy! my biological clock is gonna go haywire with the jumbled up schedule. tomorrow i'll be coming in at 930, de next im going in at 830, de next i'll be going in at 730. and den 8, and den 830 de following day. wahlau eyy!! blame it on the huge turnover rate at our side. damn the management! *steaming*
PLUS, to add salt to the wound, the coming wednesday i'll have to meet my mak andam for the fitting. dreading it cos i feel im gaining weight by the second with all the junks i've been consuming lately, eventhough the scales didnt agree with me. wonder if i can fit?? been having nitemares about not being able to fit into my baju. boohoo! just an overly worried me, u think? howells..
had a fit laughing away with abg watching bedtime stories. heehaw! that show is tha bomb! adam sandler is like my all-time favourite.. go watch if ure feeling in the pits right now. it'll be a good get-me-up. :) psstt.. i myself am buffering it right tis very moment. gonna watch it for bedtime later. kekeke
new year resolutions, eh? rriigghhtt.. am not going to go into that this year. simply bcos, i've come to realise that its whack. u mean u nid a new year to start something? why not now? why not before? if, for instance, in october i feel the need to change something about myself or my goals in life do i still need to wait for 12midnight of 1st january? and plus, things dont always go our way, even if we've got it figured out in our heads. so i suggest we just go with the flow. that way, we'll enjoy life better. seize whatever opportunity comes our way. hmmm.. aku mcm ye-ye jer. and u have the right to ignore. hahah! =)
argh dah ngantok! gosh i need to sleep already. enough membebeling like kakaktua. more updates ltr when i have the time aight. am not counting on abg no more for updates. u pimalas busuk man u. bluek!

happy new year everyone!! =)
had a blast celebrating countdown to the new year last night at marina bay's floating platform. we were all shouting and screaming, nad and me being the loudest. "taufik! TAUFIK!!" lupa daratan until both kena jeling by respective partners. hahaha!
though there was no after party, i still feel that i enjoyed myself more this year than the previous years. really sey.. for one, we were all sober. so we get to enjoy more without feeling the need to puke our stomach contents out. plus, the tix onli costs $19 p/person. and abg decided he wont drive, so thats a plus point too. im spared of worrying if he'll fall asleep on his steers. *bluekz*
a new year, a new beginning for us. what better way to kick start the new year than to start preparing for our upcoming engagement which is in 17days' time. how time flies. preps are ongoing steadily for both sides, hopefully. :)
looking forward to numerous things this year. i hope that we share more good memories in the times to come, in the years to come. with that, have a happy new year and may 2009 be a prosperous one for all of you. =)
