this is the 405th post. wowww.. so much crap in here alreadi. heehee. and its such a wonderful feeling to be reading all of them once more, very nostalgic hor. :)
i noe i havent been blogging much lately. busy adjusting myself to the new working environment, where i have to play different & many roles. one-man show hor, dont pray2. actually, i always pray i can get by. its so hectic being up there!! but its okay, tomorrow and till the rest of this week im going to have a partner. my good friend at that! weehoo!
olrite, events which i clearly remember.
- baby waited for TWO whole hours outside skool.
heehee. im so sorry baby darling. im supposed to finish my exam at about 3pm. we planned on going out that day. on a thursday or friday. but unfortunately it stretched till 5pm.. all the while i was worrying if baby is waiting so long for me, AT HOME. what i didnt noe was, he was outside sch all the while hoping to surprise me. so from 3pm to 5pm, he waited and waited. walked here and there. and the weather changed from sunny to cloudy, and then back to sunny. hahah! sorry darling..
and when i came out, he kept on bitching to me about how he waited for 2 hours and cant go to the toilet though he wanted to pee so badly cos he was afraid that if i were to come out at that point then the surprise will be ruined. awwww.. sweet baby. :)
gave him many hugs and pecks to make it worthwhile. heehee.
- dinner date with bestie mas.
when was the last time we went out together? eons ago i think. both of us were so wrapped up in our own personal lives and despite the daily phonecalls, we longed to meet up and have fun. and on that friday nite, we finally did.
our plan initially was to go bowling. so she fetched me (i manje ok) and with techno songs blaring from the speakers of her car (dont laugh), we head on to orchid country club, only to find that the lanes were fully booked till 1am, can you believe it?!!
it didnt stop us though. we move on straight to safra yishun. and after many a-snapping, and looking up the signs (daun, hahah), we found the bowling alley and yes, its olso booked till 1am. what the fishysmell?
so then we trotted off to explore safra, take more snaps, and finally settled down for dessert at eatzi. banyak kiter nye dessert. we got hungry just looking at the menu, so we both had calamari rings for appetizer and my recommendation to mas: chicken carbonara.
almost halfway through our spaghetti, we decided to stop cos 1) we were both not so hungry, 2) the carbonara's not so nice. well it was VERY nice when i was there before, but now its like so dry and all. NOT nice.
so we took more pix, and bitched. hahah! we bitched everyday, but when we meet up, it gets even more rowdier. everyone kept turning to look at us cos we were so loud! laughing like crazy, making weird faces and then laugh again. so so fun!
and then while waiting for our stomachs to digest, we went for a cheap thrill and jalan2 yishun with more loud techno songs. the reason why we chose techno is bcos its very loud and lively, and it kept reminding us of the juvenile times we both shared together. corny, huh? hahah! but thats exactly what it is. sweet juvenile.
we've been together since we're 11. too many people get into our lives, but our friendship remains. there are squabbles & misunderstandings between us. but our strong bond still keeps us together. and now, eventhough she's got a family of her own, nothing between us ever changed. she's the only one person whom i can really call a friend. awww.. touching. puit! hahah.
she told me of how i am different now. from the way i dress, to the way i talk. she said i used to want being in the centre of attention, and that now im actually not wanting any. she said i used to be VERY rowdy, and that now i've toned down. is that a good sign? i think it is.. Alhamdulillah. *happy*
anyway, i dropped off at her place, which btw is just across the street frm my house, and played with my little godson rayyan baihaqi. he's sooo cute! keep smiling and laughing, mentel gilerrrr.. cant keep from chomming him. heehee.
- SATURDAY NITE.
to expo with bucuk. nothing to see. seriously. yea we did see some fresh fruits stall, bridal galleries & foodstuffs. but it was so few! 2 rounds is all it takes for us to complete the whole exhibition. bought cheese sausages (which btw, doesnt seem to have cheese in it) and that's all. haiyahh..
to marina square next. or atleast, thats where we planned on going. you see, there was an ndp rehearsal last nite so as u can imagine, it was damn packed. we cant even get into marina square's carpark so at last, went over to bugis junction. had our dinner at tong seng and then jalan2 the shopping centre. after that, to ah hu's and then home. bucuk bucuk..
oh yes, we did see some fireworks!! woohoo! :)
- SUNDAY.
went to causeway to repair abang's pc. and then when its done, went over to al-ameen for errmm lunch/dinner? heehee. lunch & dinner for me, and perhaps dinner for abang. :)
had chicken chop with barbecue sauce mixed with melted cheese oohh orgasmic. hahah! not really lah, cos after awhile i grew too muak and then passed it over to abang. wekwek.
abang went off to work and i surfed. arggghh i wont fret anymore about how sundays just doesnt seem to work for me. i hate sundays. or rather, i think i hate office hour jobs. it takes my time off ALOT of things. but i'll persevere, i noe i can. mcm betol lah aku ni.
am smsing with abg gee rite now regarding the chalet we're going to have end of this month. i just cant wait for us giler cousins to gather and buat kecoh once more. :)
abg gee asked me if i can organize games. hmm, sure i can. old maid anybody?
rite, going to read my newly loaned book now, neurotica. its so funny! heehee. olrite lah, goodnyte everyone. and love you sayang. HUGGA!
