Last night, I had fun.. Yes, with my D. In fact, every night was fun whenever I'm with him. :)
He drove all the way from camp, fetched me from home then off we set to Northpoint to get his tongue-studs. He wants me to choose for him, so I handpicked this cute jade-coloured one, which just so happens that both of us agreed on. Well, he was one happy man. Should see his face light up. Krekrkekre!
Then, we walked around the lame shopping centre, then one itchy-throat D wanted bubble tea. Mana nak gi carik?? So, I suggest we take a walk down the other side of the road, the Interchange area, cause I think (read: think!) there should be one stall there. Hell.. We walked round the area but to no avail. Poor D.. He was so thirsty seyy..
In the end, we gave up and went to Northpoint's Cold Storage in search of "normal" drinks. Heehee.. And again, both being silly, we rounded the whole of the store, and it turns out that the "normal" drinks section is just in front of the counter, right from where we came in through. How can we not notice it? But then again, silly.. Ahakz! He got himself a bottle of Coke with Lime. Tastes quite nice though.. Less gassy.. Nice!
We then queued-up at the AXS Machine. And this nyonya took quite sometime fiddling with the machine.. D was irritated.. Or was he irritated due to my silly jokes? Hmph! I hope its the former.. Heehee!
Checked, keyed and pressed, no samans.. Alhamdulillah.. See lar, speed some more.. Well, just cross our fingers & hope nothing happens.. AXS Machine, we'll be back on Saturday to check again.. Just you wait..
Well, D was supposed to go out with his campmates for a clubbing-cum-get-together session but was cancelled last minute. So, he suggests we spend our time at the dam (always!). It turns out that the boys wanna go lepak at dam as well. There goes our romantic plans! Heehee.. But its okay. The more, the merrier. But just as D commented, we only spend time together at our second place.. The rest of our time was taken up with the presence of our friends. Nevermind D.. The time will come. Ahakz!
Faizal drove Tompel to Woodlands first, along with the boys. D don't wanna follow, so we agreed to meet them at the dam straight. But guess what, my darling D was hungry. Actually, he was close to bloating, but he said he has this craving for food at the time. Sounds familiar, eh? :0
So, I suggested he eat prata or something light. But he was against the suggestion once he set eyes on the briyani ayam. Hrmph! I took little bites of it.. Was good lar, and cheap too.. And guess what, he finished it all up! Good, good.. Rezeki masuk tau.. Heehee!
D was agitated almost immediately when he saw these group of aged men & women with their children at the coffeeshop. Not that there was anything wrong with the whole assemble, but the fact that the adults were drinking beer & the children looked on drove D mad. Such bad example.. What if the children took on that disgusting habit?? Really.. They were very young kids.. Lower primary, if I should define them. Sigh.. Whatever is happening to the world? It tore me apart, you know, to see that they are actually Malays/Muslims drinking to their hearts' content in the eyes of the public, in the eyes of their little ones. What were they thinking?? Well.. I'm no one to speak. Just expressing what I'm feeling.. Its just pure eye-sore.. Sigh..
We then went to the dam and met the boys again.. They all wanted a little bit of adventuring so went into the forested area, at the abandoned army barracks. Nice! Me & D took a picture of the aircraft behind the fence. Nice.. Should upload that one for all of you.
Well.. Guess what? My darling drove a lorry last night. Heehee! He managed! Wahh.. So good.. D can drive a car, a lorry and ride a bike. Tsk tsk tsk! Congratulations, sweetie! Mone and Rizal drove the lorry too. Haha! Was great fun lah!
In the end, D sent Wan, Rizal & Mone home, and lastly, me.. I made someone happy, and it makes me happier. See, my D was very worried cause this Saturday, he won't be around due to camp duty. So, to please him, being the good girl I've always been (not!), I told him I'm not going clubbing this weekend without him. There.. That does it. He smiled ever so brightly! And I was pleased.. Really..
He thought I couldn't live through Saturday without going out. Well, I hope now he knows he thought wrong. I CAN live through Saturday at home.. Let's just wait & see. Oh yeah.. We haven't made any deals, yet, right D? Hey.. But what is all these deals? Having deals would mean a compromise.. And one doesn't compromise in love. Right?
Oh yeah.. I remembered I made him smile proudly (I guess..) when I voiced out my intentions to resume reading the Quran once again.. I kinda miss it though. Call me kental, call me whatever.. But my intentions are pure. I have been missing out on alot due to being so wrapped up in the material world and I realised I've been neglecting my Otherworld studies. Its never too late, though.. If only I had continued my Takhasus classes back then in Persatuan Islam, I think I would be a proud holder of the Diploma in Islamic Studies. Maybe even further my studies at Ponorogo, Indonesia, just like my aunt Lin, who's teaching at Madrasah Irsyad Al-Islamiyah currently. Hmm..
But then again, what would others think of me? I smoke, I go to clubs, I don't even bore a scarf over my aurat (which is my hair..), though I don't dress revealingly. Argh! Who cares about what others think? I don't care.. Neither do my D. But still, stereotypes are everywhere. People don't judge you on who you are today, they only see who you were back then.
Hah! Humans will still remain humans. We have no right to put a tape on their mouths so let them blabber all they want to. And no, no one's stopping me from shutting my ears.
Well.. Just the thought that I made my significant other smiled was enough to make my whole day. It felt so good.. Thanks D.. Love ya. See ya in a few hours' time.. We're probably going JB later on tonight. In the meantime, let me just surf the Net in peace k? Mwaaks all of you..
